Ours was a high risk pregnancy and she managed the entire pregnancy in the best possible manner. Not only she stood by us all times but time and again gave us the courage and support especially during phases of high stress. My experience with Dr. Manjiri Mehta and Cloud9 hospital is one to remember for a lifetime.
Dr. Manjiri Mehta was the calmest and assuring doctor one should and can ever have. Her expertise and care can’t be expressed in words!
I still remember meeting her for the first time in late December and the visits with her were very helpful during my pregnancy process.
She was also available online whenever and I was able to consult and take her advice whenever possible during the 9month period. It was great having her expertise during my 9 month period. We had a normal pregnancy and it was very blissful pregnancy at the end.

Admission and Discharge Process:
- To admit a patient, one should get an admission note from the doctor and need to give it to the admission counter.
- If the patient is insured, then the patient will be sent to the insurance desk.
- A Unique Identification Number [UID] will be generated which can be used to save all the medical records of the patient by the hospital for future reference.
- The discharge process will be handled by the respective IP co-ordinators.
- The unused medicines will be returned, and a discharge summary will be prepared by the concerned department.
- If any discharge medicines or medical devices are prescribed, then the doctor will explain how to use them.
- Finally, the bill will be handed over to either patient or caretaker.
Patient’s Rights and Responsibilities:
- The patient has to be informed of all the rights and made understood about the health plan, health care professionals, and health care facilities.
- The patient has the right to deny the treatment and take the discharge against the medical advice.
- The responsibility of the patient is actually to help the health care staff for the patient’s better care regimen.
